Transition Support Program
The Transition Support Program helps former Grace Academy students (Alumni) to make a successful transition back to family, employment and further education.
During this time of transition, Adult & Teen Challenge can offer an Alumni a Personal Transition Mentor who has successfully connected with family, employment, church society and further education after Grace Academy.
